ORDER PROCESSING :

In most cases, orders will be picked, packaged and ready for pickup by the carrier within 7 business days. As soon as a tracking number is available, you will quickly receive an email to allow you to track your package.

If a problem arises that prevents us from meeting these processing times, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the situation.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Products may be shipped via various secure delivery services. Standard delivery times are 15 working days. This does not include processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping service is done through different secure delivery services depending on the weight of the shipment and the destination. International shipments may take several additional days to leave the warehouse.

PURCHASE ORDERS :

Diegosport SRL accepts purchase orders. The purchase order must be received within 30 days of the purchase order date and must include the correct payment address.

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

All defective or damaged products must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within six months of the date of purchase. We recommend that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
